Course Objectives:
The objective of this course is to introduce students to the LaTeX typesetting language, as well as to familiarize them with selected scientific text editors.

Recommended Prerequisites:
None.

Course Content:

Introduction and installation of LaTeX

Document structuring and layout

Mathematical typesetting

Tables

Inclusion of files and images

Creation of custom commands (macros)

Anchors and cross-referencing

The Beamer class

Assessment Methods:

Continuous assessment: 40%

Final written examination: 60%

Additional evaluation through individual assignments
